And So The Angels Cry: Cinee, The Ocean Born

Okay, so this is my OC Cineé from my story ASTAC. (pronounced Sea-nay, DA wouldn't let me type it right > grr)
Description:
Name: Cineé
Age: 16
Gender: Female (obviously)
Height: 5' 4''
Weight: 125
Race:Rikonan/Oceyino
Planet: Riko Oceyi
Sub Galaxy: Delta Scorpii Eight
Galaxy: Hydron
Character Description: A young woman who belongs to Frieza, offered up to be a 'Prize' with Vegeta in the Games. She is a popular prize, though not so much as our favorite prince, and will go to someone in the audience for six months if she isn't chosen by one of the four winners of The Games. She befriends Vegeta during the four day alien olympics, and has a special ability that allows her to sense and increase powers despite the Ki reducing collar around their necks. Unintentionally makes Bulma jealous because her people don't really have a concept of personal space, which she exhibits with the Prince by accident. She has no feelings for the Vegeta, but is very cheerful, bubbly, and compassionate. She was the daughter of a Duke in her home's kingdom, prefered to be among 'normal' children, and didn't consider herself a 'half-princess'. Doesn't speak Standard Language well, much to Vegeta's dismay.
Famous Line: "Pretty Saiyan."

LOLZ, her people have no word for 'handsome'. Everything is 'pretty' to them XD
Also, Veggie thinks her eyes are creepy, which she for whatever reason takes no offense to XD

Okay, multiple puns here.
Pun #1: Riko is Rico spelled with a K (means rich in spanish)
Pun #2: Oceyi is obviously ocean with the ending cut off and replaced with 'I' to mean, 'I am of Ocean Born'. So, her planet's name means, Born of the Rich Ocean, (rich being their word for fresh and healthy)
Pun #3: Delta in Delta Scorpii Eight is an actual body of water (duh)
Pun #4: Hydron is actually a gas, but in this case, it comes from Hydro-, the Greek Word for water, or Hydra, a famous Sea-monster/serpent slayed by Hercules in Greek mythology.

I learned a few things while drawing this:
1. I hate drawing scales
2. Drawing bobby-pins sucks
3. I can't draw wavy hair in this style quite yet.

Sigh.

Things I'm not pleased with:
1. Her wavy hair that isn't wavy enough
2. Her right arm
3. The bobby pin in her hair
4. There is always a lead fingerprint in the same place on all of my drawings, and quite by accident.

Things I'm extremely pleased with:
1. Her fins
2. The actual Trident in the bobby pin
3. Her body (I swear I'm not a perve, but I expected her boobs to come out all flat like they usually do but they didn't and other than her arms it looks like I actually got anatomy right!!)
4. I got her expression right! I suck at expressions, grr I can never get them extreme, but I also got a POSE done!!!
Okay, so other then her wavy hair and her right arm I am extremely pleased with this. It didn't take me long, and it was surprisingly easy to color purple skin, and I love her slave-girl getup. Now that I can (kind of) draw bodies, I should probably draw a full-body Bulma during the Games, in which she has on Saiyan getup XD

I hope you guys like her. My mom says she looks like my cousin...not sure if I should take it as a compliment that I can draw animated versions of real people, or an insult because I do not like said cousin.
